The project involved the deployment of both Bag Tag and Bag Drop appliances, enabling passengers to autonomously check in and tag their luggage. Thanks to meticulous coordination and strong collaboration with the airport’s technical teams, the entire installation and system verification were wrapped up just 24 hours after engineers arrived on-site.

"By Wednesday morning, all Bag Tag units were connected to airport power and internet, and fully tested via our Airware maintenance app," reported the on-site Hardware Engineer. “We verified key functions including bag weighing, tag printing, and transaction logging. Bag Drop systems were also integrated with weigh scales and conveyor belts, and passed full functional checks.”

This deployment is part of Airware’s broader mission to empower airports with smarter, faster, and more reliable passenger service tools.
