Four new self-service kiosks have been installed in Terminal 2, designed to operate exclusively through the Ryanair app.

Travelers can check their baggage with nothing more than their smartphone, using a custom-built interface developed by Airware. This app-driven approach allows passengers to enjoy a fully autonomous process, enhancing both convenience and airport efficiency. The initiative was made possible through close collaboration with the BER team, whose commitment to digital innovation continues to elevate the airport’s status among Europe’s most tech-savvy hubs.
